In Laguna Beach, California, there are four "tides," which are cottages: Low Tide, High Tide, Red Tide and Ebb Tide. Our family lives in one of these cottages. It is a place by the ocean, with many visitors--more in the barefoot days of summer. Everyone exhales. healthy choice
The local health food store is housed in a former church. It does attract quite a devoted following with its organic produce, bins of dried fruits and grains and earthy atmosphere.

You are right about the Northern Pacific Coast...our favorite beach desination is the Sonoma Coast. We go there as often as we can in our beachy vintage travel trailer. So glad you had such a refreshing holiday with your new sweet bundle Luc! My first born is named Luke...and he is a beautiful soul.
