How can you not be in awe by the intricacy of a honeycomb?

I use to have bees that would return each year to a birdhouse I had in my yard. After contacting to girls in So.County that rescue bees, they were telling me that the bees return every year to the same place. Seems they follow the queen bee. So, this year I had the bee rescue girls take the bees and the birdhouse. Now they are safe, and making honey. Love the pictures of the honeycombs, amazing!

Take care,
Sue

Bees are a paradigm of efficient living, and that they hail to a queen is progressive yet classic. xo
