looks delish (and a good way to stay fortified while taking care of newborn sweetie, luc).

I have been thinking of you and little Luc...so glad you are eating healthy. I make a similar shake sans the yogurt. I add rice protein powder to mine and a tablespoon of almond butter, but I think I will try your yogurt version for a change. These are sweet and precious days...enjoy every minute!

Just found your blog through Romantic Homes...been a subscriber for a long time... way back when the pages were full of everything pink and frilly. Congrats on sweet little Luc...little boys are precious.
I too just found your blog through RH. I was one of last month's "Setting Your Sites" blog mentions. So as soon as my issue comes in the mail, I go straight to those pages to see which friends are highlighted. Congrats on the new baby! RH absolutely rocks!

I have been a fan of Romantic Homes, well...just forever... I loved your article about how you feel about your son Luc...Motherhood changes everything...Romantic Homes has been that wonderful little stolen moment of beauty for me that has gotten me through the rough Mom days...RH inspired me to not only do my 1700's home in the most romantic of styles on a budget. But, I have also opened my own web shoppe and blog...through shabby lane shops that I found in Romantic Homes ads... www.romanticrosecreations.com and blog http://romanticrosecreations.blogspot.com/
Thank you for keeping beauty alive! Jeannine
