In Laguna Beach, California, there are four "tides," which are cottages: Low Tide, High Tide, Red Tide and Ebb Tide. Our family lives in one of these cottages. It is a place by the ocean, with many visitors--more in the barefoot days of summer. Everyone exhales. Everyone is the type of person who can handle sand in the house and nights on the deck that never seem to end. Visit us, literally, at http://www.vrbo.com/23551.

till next year
Last night the siblings trick-or-treated in North Laguna, eschewing the raucous Oak Street territory for a saner experience. While Olivia loaded on candy, I took the opportunity to peek inside homes that are open this one evening a year, finding some great places to profile for the magazines.
I cannot believe how big your baby is, that is sooo cute that they are dressed as bees. I was talking with the neighbors last night as the kids trick and treated in the dark and they said in California the kids have to be in by dark. It makes a lot of sense to me, it is so much safer. Do they have to be in by dark? Do you think people knew you were profiling their homes for a magazine? LOL
